Urban Terror in the browser
The source reply labels this entry Unreal Tournament. The destination says otherwise: ut.pieter.com runs Urban Terror, the FrozenSand team game, on its real ioUrbanTerror engine compiled to WebAssembly. They are different games, and the distinction matters before you invest a download.

The name on the reply is wrong; the engine is real.
The page states “Real Urban Terror engine (ioUrbanTerror) compiled to WebAssembly”, credits FrozenSand, and lists multiplayer maps including casa, turnpike, abbey and uptown.

What the page documents
- A preservation hostpieter.com, which describes itself as an online computer history museum, states the project is unofficial, non-commercial and unaffiliated with FrozenSand or id Software, and points readers to the original game download.
- A first data loadThe page warns that the first load downloads game data, cached afterwards. Desktop Chrome is recommended.
- Multiplayer mapsThe listed maps are the classic Urban Terror set. Session population at any given moment is not guaranteed.
Why the name correction matters
Urban Terror began as a Quake III mod and became a standalone free game — fast movement, realistic weapons, no reload-by-default arcade rules. Unreal Tournament is a different series by a different studio. Searching for the wrong title will land you on the wrong download, so use the destination’s own name.
Prepare your first visit

Has Radiant Guide tested the gameplay?
No. We verified the project identity, the engine statement and the map list on October 13, 2026. A joined match, frame rate and controller behavior remain untested.
